Justin Sorrow with Centennial Roofing was our project manager and actually served as a working superintendent on some of the work to make sure everything was finished up properly. He communicated consistently and accurately, was on time and timely with all of the repairs from our storm damage claim. We would welcome Justin back to our home any time. In addition to roof and gutter and downspout replacement from our storm damage, they replaced a storm damaged trellis, replaced damaged outdoor lighting, repaired stucco damaged by roof replacement, replaced damaged wood and soffit, and repaired gable vents. Everything blends with the house and matches existing finishes. Overall, an excellent job!!

James and Michael and the entire team at Centennial Construction were extremely helpful and consummate professionals, and I highly recommend them.

We worked with Anthony from Centennial Construction to evaluate the potential of a shingle warranty claim. Anthony guided us through the entire process and made it as easy as possible. Our claim was then validated by the shingle manufacturer and we could proceed with installing our new roof. Unrelated to the warranty claim, our home owner's insurance was about to be terminated due to the insurance company exiting the home owners business in Tennessee so we were under the gun to get the new roof installed very quickly in order to meet the requirements of the new insurer. Anthony and Centennial Construction bent over backwards to accommodate our forced schedule and completed the installation with time to spare! We installed new 6 inch gutters at the same time as the new roof - both look great and of the highest quality and workmanship. We highly recommend Anthony and Centennial Roofing as a company and thank them for making a tenuous situation significantly easier to deal with!

I recently had my roof replaced due to hail storms last spring. I worked with Cale Shonkwiler. Cale is one of the most knowledgeable roofers when it comes to working with insurance companies that I have ever encountered and I work in insurance. He sent all necessary documents to my insurance company and followed up with them on any additional paperwork or questions they needed. He was professional and timely. The crew did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. I have recommended Cale to my clients and always get great feedback on the quality and how easy Cale makes it by working directly with the insurance company.

Excellant service! I reached out to Justin Sorrow Monday morning at 9 a.m. after a weekend full of ice and snow in Murfreesboro. We had trees that had fallen all around the house and possibly onto the roof. He came out before 10 a.m. and inspected the roof, along with checking the HVAC unitsomething he didnt even have to do. This was my first time calling Centennial Roofing and it will be my only Roofing Company I choose from this day forward. From the first call in about a leaking issue to dealing directly with the Service Technician Cale, it was top notch service. They were out the same day and knew exactly what the issue was using a Drone. Very impressive. I saw the damage with the photos. And they came out and fixed it within days. The workers were very nice and made sure it was to my liking. I highly recommend Centennial Roofing and their whole team! They replaced rotted wood around my chimney and sealed all areas repairing the leak that was coming into my house.

First of all, I am an actual recent customer - although this review may sound like a ringer its not! My experience with Centennial Roofing replacing my roof and gutters is probably the best Ive had with any home improvement company. The customer liaisons, Cale and Dori were extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The job was done on time, for the price we agree on in advance, and the quality of workmanship is excellent. The hands-on work crew was great! I found out that the shingles used on many houses in our neighborhood were defective, and that the manufacturer was replacing them under their 20 year warranty. My neighbor introduced me to Anthony Maas with Centennial. Anthony inspected my roof, showed me how the shingles were defective, and assisted me in filing a claim with the company. When the company issued a settlement check, Anthony scheduled an installation date, met with me to choose the new shingle brand and color, and kept me informed throughout the process. He responded to my questions quickly. The roof replacement took one day. The crew was professional, worked steadily, and respected my property. The next day, Anthony returned so we could walk around the property to check for any problems or damages. Their preparations ensured that none of my roses or other shrubs were harmed, and their clean up was thorough. I highly recommend Centennial Roofing. They over delivered. They have earned my trust. If I need roofing work again, they will be my first call.

The installation team arrived on time and worked efficiently, and I couldnt be happier with the finished roof. I also appreciated that Anthony stayed in close communication with his crew and even stopped by to inspect the work before they wrapped up. Replacing the entire roof was a major project, and the processfrom inspection to shingle selection to installationwas smooth and well managed. James came by to take a look at a water leak from my roof into the attic. He was very professional and thorough in taking a good look at everything. Despite it being a pretty small job, James handled it as if it was a major project. He had a couple of his crew come by a couple of days later, and before I knew it, they had already replaced shingles and repaired a couple of other roofing issues James could spot just by looking at the roof. Good contractors of any kind are basically impossible to find. Centennial Roofing is the kind of company that, once you find them, theyre the only one youre going to want to use in the future for any roof-related projects.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Centennial Roofing. Keaton Susong was amazing, beginning with the estimate through completion of the project. The roofers were fantastic and everything was cleaned up when they were finished. There were no unexpected charges, and they even put a new roof on my dog's house! Will and Jacob, employees of Centennial Roofing, drove up our long driveway and informed us that the roof damage from a storm in May 2025 was extensive and we needed help. They were correct. I personally contacted our insurance agent to see if they had heard of Centennial Roofing. He had and had the opportunity to work with them company several times with excellent results. I also checked the companies status with the better business bureau - A+! With no muss and no fuss, Will and Jacob gave us an inspection/quote and had us contact our insurance company. The insurance company did an inspection and agreed completely with Will and Jacobs assessment. Funds were provided from the insurance company and Will and Jacob oversaw the installation of our new roof in a very timely fashion. Everything went like clockwork! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Centennial Roofing to anyone who needs professional, knowledgeable and efficient help with roof repairs. We had our roof replaced by Centennial Roofing in one day. The crew was amazing and they were very careful with protecting our home while they did the work. Cale was fantastic from the begin of the process and his communication was outstanding. Luis the crew manager kept us informed throughout the entire replacement. Will Duncan stopped by my house and explained to me that the current shingles on my home had a warranty recall on them. He provided me the information to file a claim with that company. Walked me through the process and took pictures and samples for me to submit my claim. After about 6 weeks I received a check from them. Got in touch with him about setting up a date to have Centennial come remove the old roof and install my new roof. Will sent me samples of different color roofs that would look good on my house. My wife picked the color roof she wanted, and we had the crew at our house a few days later. As for the work they performed it was done very well and professionally. I would highly recommend Centennial roofing for all your roofing needs.
